Request VPN Permission
To access the VPN, you will need to request access by submitting a help ticket. Please email help@meadowbrook-ma.org with your request!

VPN Connection - Windows 7/10
If this is your first time using the VPN you will need to be given access. To request this, submit a help ticket by emailing help@meadowbrook-ma.org Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client Open Chrome (or your favorite web browser) and navigate to https://connect.meadowbrook-ma.org 1.) Enter your user name (WITHOUT the @meadowbrook-ma.org) 2.) Enter your password 3.) Click Login Click "Download for Windows" A Save File Dialog will open - save the file somewhere you will be able to find it. Double-click the file you just downloaded and Click Yes/Next through all the prompts accepting all defaults. After the program installs, go to your Start menu and search for "Cisco Anyconnect" as shown: Left-click the result at the top to run the VPN client. You will get a dialog window like this: If the dialog does not already have "connect.meadowbrook-ma.org" entered for you, you should enter it now. Click the "Connect" button. You will be presented with a credentials dialog - enter your username and password as you did earlier. If you entered your credentials correctly, you will now be connected. You can confirm this by going to the caret on the lower-right of your screen, near the clock If you see a little green globe with a padlock on it as indicated inside the red square above, you are now successfully connected. Right-click this globe and select "disconnect" when you are finished with your work to sign out. That's it!

VPN Connection - Mac OS
If this is your first time using the VPN you will need to be given access. To request this, submit a help ticket by emailing help@meadowbrook-ma.org Open Chrome or your favorite web browser and navigate to https://connect.meadowbrook-ma.org Enter your User Name (WITHOUT the @meadowbrook-ma.org) Enter your password - it is case-sensitive Click "Login" You will then be presented with the following screen: Click "Download for Mac OS" - it may take a moment for the system to detect your Operating System Version After the download completes, click on the file inside the red box above. You will see a window like the one above - double-click the package to install. Click through all the dialogs accepting all defaults and the EULA - once done, you may get a window like this one. That's ok, Navigate to your system preferences (the gear icon on your dock) and then open the "Security and Privacy" option. 1.). Click the padlock to allow system changes. 2.) Click "Allow" to enable all content from Cisco. The "Attention required" window that popped up after installation should now look like the one above. You can click "Dismiss" to get rid of it - the installation is now complete. In spotlight search, enter "Cisco" and you will get two options. You want the one that does NOT end in the word "notification." Double-click it to open the VPN client. You will get a window like this one: If it is not already filled in, enter "connect.meadowbrook-ma.org" in the text bar, then click "Connect." Enter your username and password in the dialog and if everything is ok, you will now be connected to the VPN. If all is successful, you will see a green globe with a yellow padlock in the top right of your screen like this: Click the globe and select " Disconnect" when you're done. That's it!

DUO MFA Setup for VPN Access
1. If you have not already done so, send an email to help@meadowbrook-ma.org requesting VPN access. You MUST include your cell phone number in this email. 2. Visit the Apple Store App or Google Play Store App on your mobile device and search for "DUO Mobile". It is published by Duo Security, LLC and has a green background with white lettering. Download and install this app. 3. You will receive the following text message to your phone as well as via email to your Meadowbrook Inbox: Hello, Your organization is now rolling out Duo Security, a friendly and secure way for you to log into your applications. Your administrator has invited you to set up your account for Duo so you can start logging in. To begin, click this link to enroll a phone, tablet, or other device: Duo Security is a two-factor authentication service that strives to be easy to use and secure. To learn more about Duo authentication, visit the guide here: 4. Click on the enrollment link and follow the prompts to configure your phone to accept DUO Push notifications. 5. Send a note or slack to the helpdesk asking them to confirm that your phone is enrolled. If it is you're all set to access the VPN using MFA. VPN Connection with MFA
1. Open the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client - if you cannot find it, you can search for "AnyConnect" and it will come up. You should see a window like this: 2. Click the "Connect Button" you will be presented with a login prompt and drop down. IMPORTANT: You must select "MB-ISE" from the dropdown. Then enter your username and password per usual. 3. If you have set up Duo properly as in this article (https://help.meadowbrook-ma.org/a/solutions/articles/19000097132) your phone should ding, at which point you need to open the Duo App and click Accept to allow the connection. Once that is complete the VPN client will connect and you can proceed as your normally would.
