Adobe Illustrator Tutorials
First, Install Adobe Illustrator using these instructions. Once it is downloaded to your computer, run the program by finding it on your computer. Click on the magnifying glass to search for it. Type in "adobe illustrator". Click on the app to open it. You may have a newer version installed than what is pictured below, but the tutorials are the same. In Illustrator, click on the Learn section to start the onine tutorials. Begin with Get to know Illustrator. It will open a web browser. Click on the Get files button to download a .zip file. Each Section will have files to download. Click on the downloaded file at the bottom of the screen to open and extract the files for the tutorial. Once the files are open, you can find them in your downloads folder. Get to your Downloads Folder, go to the Finder and select the Go Menu -> Downloads. Open the top folder and now you're ready to watch the movie tutorial. Switch back to your Chrome Web Brower and watch the video in the window The five tutorials below will give you a great introduction to Illustrator. Be sure to download each set of files and do the exercises.

How to Record Audio for a Podcast using Adobe Audition
Open Adobe Audition Click on the icon in the dock or open from the Applications folder Create a New File Select File from the top menu bar and choose New > Multitrack Session... In the pop up window: - Enter a Session Name - Select a Folder Location - Leave Template as Podcast - Select OK Configuration and Settings There should be 5 different sections including Host, Interview, etc. Set Host Input - Under Host, select the input dropdown next to the right arrow --> - Select Mono > [01M] UMC404HD 192k: ln 1 (line 1) Set Interview Input - Under Interview, select the input dropdown next to the right arrow --> - Select Mono > [02M] UMC404HD 192k: ln 2 (line 2) Set Host and Interview to Record - Under Host, select the 'R' icon to Arm For Record - Under Interview, select the 'R' icon to Arm For Record Record Click the record button on the bottom tool bar to begin recording audio. Once you are done, click the record button again and click the stop button. You can now click the skip back button |< to start at the beginning of the recording and play back the audio.
