How Do I use Google Assignments in Schoology?
The Google Drive Assignments App enables instructors to assign Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slideshows, and Drawings from directly within the Schoology platform.When a student opens the assigned file,an individual student copy is automatically generatedso that the student can work on it and submit, and the instructor can then provide feedback and grade the assignment, all without leaving Schoology. How do I add the Names Directory Screencastify assignment to my class in Schoology
In your class in Schoology, select the Add Materials menu and the Import from Resources option from that menu. In the pop-out window, select the Group icon in the left-hand column of options. Scroll down the available resources in the right column and select the box next to the My Name Is assignment. Confirm that you wish to import this resource to your Schoology class.

How do I let my co-teachers access my Google assignments in Schoology?
When multiple teachers share a Schoology course, student submissions to a Google assignments assigned by one teacher are not accessible to the other teachers. Here is how you can fix that. Navigate to your Google Drive. Find the folder labeled Schoology or Schoology Google Drive Assignments This folder has sub folders for each Schoology course Do not edit any documents inside these folders Share the main folder if you want other teachers to access all of your classes, or share any class specific sub-folder with any teachers who will need access to just that class. Select the folder in Google Drive Click on the Person+ icon to share it Add your co-teachers as editors of the folder.
