Signing Into Zoom Using SSO (Computer & Phone)
Signing In w/ SSO
When signing into Zoom from any device, you will be given a list of options, namely "with email/password", "with Google", "with Apple", "with Facebook", and "with SSO".
ALWAYS sign in "with SSO" - using email/password or "with Google" will NOT work.
Signing In on Computer
Go to https://meadowbrook-ma-org.zoom.us/ and click "Sign in".
If you are already signed into your Meadowbrook account on your browser, you might automatically get logged in now. If that is not the case, you will be prompted to log into your Meadowbrook Google account now. Once you have done so, you will be taken to your Zoom profile page. You don't need to take any actions here - being signed in is all that you need.
Open the Zoom app on your computer. (If you do not have it installed already, go to https://zoom.us/download and download the Zoom Desktop App.) Do not log in with your email/password or through Google - select "SSO".
Zoom will now prompt you to enter a company domain. Type "meadowbrook-ma-org" into the text box. The full address will be "meadowbrook-ma-org.zoom.us". Then, hit continue.
Note that the correct address is "meadowbrook-ma-org" (with a dash between ma & org), not "meadowbrook-ma.org" (with a period between ma & org). Make sure to use a dash between ma & org, following the address as shown below.
Clicking this will open up a browser window. That window should have a prompt to open zoom.us. Select "Open zoom.us". If you do not get that prompt by default, click on the blue "Launch Zoom" button. (I also recommend checking "Always allow meadowbrook-ma-org.zoom.us to open links of this type in the associated app!)
You are now signed into Zoom on your computer!
Signing In on Phone
If you don't already have Zoom on your phone, download the Zoom app from either the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android). Once you have done so, open the app and click "Sign In".
Click on "Continue with SSO".
You will be prompted to enter your "company domain". Type in "meadowbrook-ma-org".
You will be prompted to log into your Meadowbrook Google account. If you already are logged into it on your phone, click that profile to continue. If you are not, log into your Meadowbrook Google account, then hit "Open" if you are prompted to.
You are now signed into Zoom on your phone! After this, you might be asked some other questions, such as syncing contacts, calendar, and enabling notifications. We recommend enabling notifications -- calendar syncing and contact syncing are up to you.
