Zoom AI Companion - How to Use
What Can Zoom AI Companion Do?
Zoom AI Companion is a new tool for enhancing zoom meetings, with a variety of features to assist you both during and after your meetings. As a Meadowbrook employee, you get access to these features by default -- you do not need to click anything to opt in. Key features include:
- Drafting meeting summaries
- Creating clips/highlights from meetings
- Asking questions about content during meetings
Using these features are as simple as pressing a button!
For a full list of features, visit Zoom's official website on the AI Assistant: https://www.zoom.com/en/ai-assistant/
To see settings regarding your AI Companion, go to https://meadowbrook-ma-org.zoom.us/profile/setting and navigate to "AI Companion".

Using Zoom AI Companion Features
Creating a Meeting Summary

At the end of the meeting, you will be sent an email containing a summary.

You can access a full list of your meeting summaries at https://meadowbrook-ma-org.zoom.us/user/meeting/summary#/list
Generate Clips, Highlights, & Chapters From Meeting
When hosting a Zoom meeting, navigate to the toolbar at the bottom. Click on "More", then click on "Record to the Cloud".

At the end of the meeting, you will be sent an email with a link to the recording.

You can access a full list of your recorded meetings at https://meadowbrook-ma-org.zoom.us/recording
Ask Questions About Meeting Content
Meeting participants can ask the AI Companion about anything that has already happened in the meeting, and get a summarized answer. To enable this, navigate to the toolbar at the bottom. Click on "AI Companion", then click on "All participants", then "Start".
If you'd prefer participants to only be able to ask questions about content since they joined, select "All participants only from when they join" instead of "All participants".

All participants can now use the AI Companion chatbox (on the right side by default) to ask questions about the meeting.
