Issues on Mac OSX after changing Meadowbrook password - clearing the Keychain
Modified on: Tue, 13 Sep 2022 7:58 AMAfter you change your Meadowbrook password, you may expeireince issues printing and accessing network resources on OSX.
You may find that after you print, printing seems to work but will require you to enter your username and password. Even after entering your username and password, the print will not complete and will act as if your password is incorrect.
Follow these instructions to clear these issues.
1. Open Spotlight
In the top right of the white menu bar at the top of the screen, click the magnifying glass.
2. Search for keychain access
Search for keychain access and press return (enter).
3. Search Keychain Access
1) Search for "mbutility"
2) Select the item(s) and press the delete key on the keyboard. If there are multiple items, be sure to select and delete each one.
4. Delete the Keychain Item(s)
4.1. Optionally, Search for VPN
If you use the Meadowbrook VPN, search for VPN and delete the item.
