Each year, Seesaw classes are archived. This allows for a fresh start each year for all users, but do not fear. That archived material is still available.
Please remember to re-archive classes when you finish this process. Additional classes create extra Seesaw user seats, put previous year's content in an editable form for students, and prevent students from accessing this content through Seesaw's portfolio system.
Avoid deleting any archived class. We would like to keep this archived material for students and teachers to access over time.
Find activities you have used previously in your activities library. No need to unarchive classes to do this. In the future, make materials as activities that you would like to reuse in the future.
You can un-archive a class in which you were a teacher.
Click on your username and then the gear icon that appears next to your name in the fly-out menu.
In the menu that appears, select Account Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account settings window to find Manage Archived Classes.
Select the Restore button for any class you need to see.
Please remember to re-archive the class.
Select your name in the upper left corner of the screen and select the class you wish to archive.
Once in the class, click on the wrench icon in the upper right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the class settings page and select Archive Class.
